Bioson Corporation(Bioson) was established in 1982. Its headquarters office is in Beijing, China. Bioson's mission is to provide a range of technologically advanced medical, research and teaching equipments, supplies, reagents, software and Internet medical services to hospitals, universities, laboratories and Chinese people throughout China.

        Bioson develops, manufactures and markets its own products with the BioSon® brand, as well as distributes products for foreign companies. These products include medical and laboratory equipment, supplies, reagents, diagnostic kits, disposable products, etc.

        Bioson has established its own market network and has branch offices and/or representatives in 32 provinces of China. Bioson's customers include public and private hospitals, clinics, patients, universities, institutions and medical trading companies. Bioson currently does business with over 70% hospitals in China.         Bioson has built a strong service team. Team members are experts in the maintenance and repair of advanced medical equipment (especially in surgical and respiratory equipment) and response of diagnostic kits(clinical chemistry, molecular biology and immunology).

        Bioson represents numerous foreign companies including Aerocrine in Sweden; DynR in France and Ferrais Medical Ltd. in UK, etc. Bioson works closely with the Ministry of Pbulic Health of China, Chinese Medical Association(CMA) and The Center for Diseases Control of China(CDC) . In February 1998 Bioson became CMA Premiere Partner, along with 9 other medical vendors in China. Only the largest providers are invited to join this elite group that enjoys preferred service from CMA. Bioson actively participates in most national and international medical exhibitions held in China, where Bioson's own products and those it distributes can be seen.
